Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the receiving and distribution of parts within our organization. This position requires strong customer service skills. The Parts Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that all parts are readily available to support equipment repair and maintenance operations.
Duties
- Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring timely procurement to meet demand.
- Pull parts and stage delivery's
- Collaborate with inside sales to understand parts requirements and facilitate effective demand planning.
- Check in daily truck
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to meet specific operational requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting internal teams with inquiries regarding parts availability and specifications.
- Coordinate logistics for the timely delivery of parts to various locations within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, inventory levels, and supplier communications.
Experience
- Previous experience in a parts specialist or similar role is preferred.
- Must be mechanically inclined, with basic knowledge of hand tools
- Must be able to lift 80LB
- Must have a drivers license and able to drive flatbed for delivery’s
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective demand planning and inventory management.
- A solid understanding of logistics processes related to part distribution is beneficial.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay: $18.22 - $19.25 per hour
