Responsibilities
- Operate various machines including milling , lathe, micro welding and grinder machines.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy.
- Perform electrical discharge machining (EDM) as needed for tool creation.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues related to tooling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in plastics injection molding processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in tool making.
