JOB Details
- Up to $20/hr
- M-F no weekends
- Assist Terminal with OS&D
- Reviews and investigates overages, shortages, and damages to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
- Work with customer service
- Assist Service Center Manager
- Help with Billing related issues

Job Requirements:
- 1 years customer service / clerical experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer skills - email, excel, word, etc
- Ability and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
