Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and mark natural gas facilities using provided equipment.
- Read and interpret maps, utility prints, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure timely and precise reporting of completed work.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance while performing duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and property owners.
- Conduct 3rd party oversight on high profile crossings
- Troubleshoot and repair locate system equipment
- Other job duties may be assigned based on work load or experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in utility or natural gas facility locating is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage a seasonal workload.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with locating equipment and tools.
- This position performs tasks that are defined as safety-sensitive and is subject to DOT workplace drug & alcohol testing.
Travel:
- Up to 75% Travel possible
- Company per-diem rates would apply for out of town travel expenses
