As a Vascular Access Specialist (PICC RN) with Midwest Nursing & Vascular Services, you will have the opportunity to escape the daily grind, provide excellent vascular care for our patients, and earn a substantial income while you do it.
MNVS Vascular Access Specialists (PICC RNs) will:
- Use ultrasound to insert PICC lines, midlines and IV lines
- Troubleshoot/de-clot obstructed PICC line catheters
- Provide PICC/Midline consultation and education services to nursing staff as requested
- Educate patients on proper care and maintenance for their PICC/Midline
In this role, you will be visiting patients in different facilities. You must be willing to travel to patient visits and be able to participate in on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.
Qualifications:
- RN with current license
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in critical care setting preferred
- Proficient in placing IV lines using ultrasound
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must work with a servant's heart!
