What You'll Do:
As an EyeCare Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the LensCrafters experience. You'll help our patients find the perfect eyewear solution while delivering top-tier customer care. From greeting customers to providing expert advice, you'll ensure every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Greet customers promptly and assist with all aspects of their visit. Be the first to answer the phone and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Product Knowledge: Use your knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical products to guide customers in selecting the best eyewear for their lifestyle and budget.
- Support Doctors & Retail: Assist with pre-examination testing, maintain patient records, and help support the doctor’s office as needed.
- Operations: Handle all patient orders, insurance claims, and sales transactions with accuracy. Maintain the store’s visual appeal by ensuring displays are neat and aligned with company standards.
- Customer Resolution: Address any concerns quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or optical is a plus.
