Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Associate to help us create amazing experiences for our customers. You'll be a key part of our team, ensuring every person who walks through our doors finds the perfect eyewear solution while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Build Relationships: Drive sales by cultivating lasting relationships with new and returning customers.
- Guide Customers: Use your optical knowledge to recommend the best lenses, coatings, and frames.
- Provide Expert Care: Assist with measurements and collaborate with Opticians to ensure the best fit.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a neat, organized store and attractive displays.
- Teamwork: Work together with a supportive team to create a positive, inclusive environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to meet sales goals and deliver an outstanding experience
- High School Diploma or GED
