Ready to join? We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist float to join our rehabilitation team. This individual must be comfortable traveling to all of our locations in IL and IN. However, the role will primarily be in located in the western suburbs. Our OT’s plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.
Responsibilities
Pay Range: $ 80,000 - $100,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.

Responsibilities
- Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
- Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
- Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
- Provides exceptional patient care and service.
- The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
- Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
- Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.
- Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
- Maintains patient confidentiality with regard to medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
- Communicates well in a professional setting.
- May travel to other sites as required for coverage.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current Occupational Therapy license for the states of Illinois and Indiana
- CPR Certified
