Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care Maintenance Technician to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors and gain valuable experience in lawn care while providing top-notch service to our clients. The position begins in mid-March and runs through the end of November, with the potential for winter work and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and other landscape maintenance duties.
- Apply fertilizers and other treatments to lawns as directed.
- Operate various lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and sprayers.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed when handling equipment and chemicals.
- Assist in the maintenance and care of company equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and job sites.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Pesticide Applicator License is a plus and may be required for certain tasks.
