Responsibilities
- Manage and administer benefit programs to ensure seamless delivery and communication.
- Develop and implement benefit-related policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to design and deliver benefit programs that meet the evolving needs of our colleagues.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pain Management or PACU settings, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
- Active RN license and required valid BCLS Certification upon employment.
- ACLS certification is mandatory, with PALS certification as required by facility practices.
