Admissions Coordinator Requirements:
Call Center experience
Knowledge of recovery and addiction
An understanding of admissions, client payments and insurance processes
Excellent communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities:
Determine financial responsibility
Determine whether a client is financially eligible for treatment at our facility
Help Call Center Staff
Communicate with Call Center Staff and Lead Supervisor
Determine whether the client is clinically fit
Look over financials and determine amount needed
Look at payment method compared to cost of care and determine whether financially fit or what financial responsibly will be needed from patient
Review pre-assessments and medical records to determine level of care
