We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team. The Driver Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates while supporting our transportation recruitment strategies across various functions.

General Accountabilities include:
- Work closely with the Operations, Safety and HR teams to understand staffing needs.
- Create and utilize various recruitment strategies, including job boards and social media.
- Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide feedback to candidate, post-interview.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and training is completed efficiently.
- Stay informed about DOT regulations and industry standards. Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal and state laws.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate sources.
- Be a subject matter expert for candidates on all things related to driving positions at Midwest Refrigerated Services.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting recruitment goals.
Prerequisites:
- Proven experience in recruiting, within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, preferred.
