General Position Overview :
The Appointment Clerk will be primarily responsible for scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments. This position will create and maintain third party partner deliveries and communicate information internally. The Appointment Clerk will provide administrative support by performing general clerical duties (i.e. filing, keying, emailing, maintaining appointment inbox, tracking late arrivals / departures) while exemplifying our MIDWEST Values.
