The Bilingual HR Generalist will provide human resources (HR) support at our Pleasant Prairie, WI and Yorkville, IL locations, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, company policies and procedures, benefits, WC, training, performance management, and leaves of absence. Additionally, this role will work collaboratively with human resources team members to assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to achieve department and corporate objectives.
