ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Reconstruction Supervisor - Superintendent, you'll be responsible for making sure every project runs like clockwork. Your day will begin by reviewing estimates, budgets, and schedules, ensuring everything is accurate before the work begins. You'll lead your team with confidence, overseeing all phases of construction, from drywall to carpentry to painting.
Your sharp eye will ensure that job costing stays within budget and that progress is on track, updating project files daily to keep everything running smoothly. You'll work directly with clients, managing expectations and making sure every job is completed on time and to the highest standard.
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
