Reports To: Field Operations Manager

Job Overview

Midwest Restoration is opening a satellite site in Sturgeon Bay and seeking a Site Lead to manage its Door County operations.

Midwest provides best-in-class water, fire, mold, and biohazard remediation in the Fox Valley and Green Bay.

Site Lead will supervise up to two technicians. Site Lead will be responsible for fielding and responding to service calls throughout Door County, managing the satellite location's equipment and vehicle, organizing the daily and weekly Door County work schedules, completing all required documentation in Midwest's software applications, and coordinating with the main site in Kaukauna when additional labor or equipment is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages up to two Field Technicians and creates a positive and supportive working environment for them
• Responds to customer calls for service in Door County service area, providing excellent and timely customer service
• Accurately scopes projects and executes them accordingly
• Complies with all safety and PPE requirements and escalates/communicates safety concerns to Field Operations Manager
• Ensures timely documentation of all job site activities in the proper systems and files
• Maintains and exhibits a high attention to detail to ensure a quality of work.
• Drives company vehicle to job site locations
• Supervises Technicians to load and unload equipment and supplies from the vehicle
• Supervises Technicians to clear the work site by moving furniture and equipment, and restore the work site to the original configuration when the job is complete
• Conducts routine monitoring checks and measurements of equipment and environment at job sites
• Ensures tools, equipment and vehicles are clean and in good working order before going to job site.
• May perform demolition tasks and cleanup of debris
• Retains a professional appearance and personality at all times
• Is available for the rotational on call schedule.
• Other duties as defined by management

• Knowledge of software tools used Microsoft Office, Encircle etc.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements

Qualifications

• Can work in a team environment
• Maintains a positive attitude
• Experience in water/fire restoration A PLUS
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• ICRC Certifications in Water Damage Mitigation, Advanced Structural Drying and Carpet Cleaning and Restoration is a plus

General Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm, available for weekend work as needed ($50/hour incentive pay paid on weekends and after hours).

Site lead will be eligible for site revenue sharing up to $10,000 per year.
