Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Material Coordination: Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery to job sites. Work with suppliers to resolve any issues or delays.
- Crew Logistics: Schedule and coordinate roofing crews for various projects. Ensure crews are adequately staffed and equipped for each job.
- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients. Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Subcontractor Payroll: Process payroll for subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
