Roles & Responsibilities

Training: Participate in and apply our comprehensive training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Managing Leads and Prospects: Nurture and follow up with potential customers, maintaining an organized and efficient sales pipeline.

Using the Sales Process: Apply our proven sales process to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Creating and Generating Leads: Actively seek new business opportunities through various channels, demonstrating initiative and creativity.

Requirements

1. Clean Driving Record: Applicants will be required to have a clean driving record for the past three years.

2. Maintain Brand Integrity: A willingness to represent Midwest Roofing professionally, both on and off the job.

3. Physical Ability: This position requires the willingness and ability to climb onto roofs to conduct inspections.

4. Relocation: This role is based in Columbia, MO. Relocation/Travel to the area before starting work is required.

5. Positive Attitude:We work towards solutions to our client’s problems which requires a can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outside sales, roofing, or construction.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly learn and efficiently use common digital tools and devices, including spreadsheets, email platforms, laptops, and other essential technologies.

Outside Sales Representative Perks

3-4 Weeks Paid Training: Contingent upon completing training modules, with added bonuses available during this period.

Company Provided Tools: Including a laptop, phone, and a company vehicle.

Incentive Programs: Monthly sales contests, a yearly company trip for employees and spouses if company goals are met.

Flexible Work Schedule: We offer flexibility to support our employees’ work-life balance.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Training, Incentive and Full Sales Commission

Training: $650 per week based on completing Training Modules with potential of Bonus earnings

Incentive: $650 per week based on successfully achieving weekly incentives as coordinated by sales manager, as well as Bonus earnings and 50% of our commissions structure per project sold

Full Commissions: Straight Commissions paid out per project sold (Structure to be discussed during interview)

Additional Compensation: Quarterly core value awards (with monetary rewards) & annual company trip.
