What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Slot Technician position at Midwest SRO?
Paid weekly - Entry Level Technician
*Must be able to obtain a Terminal Handlers License (Company will supply paperwork)- includes criminal background check
*Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the gaming devices for the company. This includes gaming machines, and cash dispensers.
*Safe loading and unloading of supplies being delivered.
*Additional tasks will be assigned as necessary.
Job Responsibilities
*Respond to machine calls in a timely manner
*Prioritize calls according to urgency and current location
*Communicate with other techs to efficiently manage open calls of all types
*Troubleshoot gaming devices and make repairs as needed
*Utilizes the cash management system to address needs in conjunction with management
*Manages inventory of the route van to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
*Interacts with clerks, management, and customers to solve gaming disputes
*Completes all necessary documentation for device entry logs
*Preforms drops/auditing procedures on slot machines and dispensers
*Deliver product from warehouse to locations
*Maintain a clean vehicle, monitor fluids levels, report damage or necessary repairs
Qualifications
*High School Diploma or Equivalent
*At least 21 years of age
*Valid Illinois driver's license
*Clean and current DMV printout
*Must be able to obtain a Terminal Handlers License (Company will supply paperwork)- includes criminal background check
Occupational Standards
*Ability to stand for long periods of time
*Ability to bend and lift up to 60 lbs. as needed
*Excellent communication skills
*Proficient with basic PC skills, i.e.: Microsoft Office, email
*Ability to be flexible with hours - Weekend availability is a must
Some Experience preferred but will train the right person
