Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday, 8 AM – 12 PM (on a rotating schedule)
Pay: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description: As a Tire Tech, you will help take care of tires for cars, trucks, and trailers. You will check, fix, and replace tires to make sure they are safe to use. Your work will help keep our customers happy and our equipment in great shape!
What You Will Do:
- Fixing Tires: You will use machines and tools to put on and take off tires. You’ll check tires to see if they need repairs and make sure they’re working properly.
- Helping Customers: You will talk to customers kindly and help them with their tire needs. If they need help loading or unloading tires, you’ll assist them.
- Keeping Track of Things: You’ll help keep our tire area neat and make sure we have enough supplies. You may also help get rid of old tires safely.
- Making Sure Everything’s Safe: You will check to make sure everything is done correctly and safely, like making sure lug nuts are tight. You’ll also report any damage to customer vehicles.
- Extra Tasks: Sometimes, you may help clean up the work area or deliver tires when needed.
Working with Others: You’ll talk to team members and customers regularly to help them with their questions and build good relationships.
Problem Solving: You will follow rules to solve common problems. If something tricky comes up, your manager will be there to help.
Making Decisions: You’ll follow clear guidelines to make decisions about your work.
