Join Our Team – Outdoor Work, New Locations Daily, Up to $19/hr!
Looking for active, hands-on work with a great team? Our Field Operations Team (Delivery/Tent Crew) sets up everything from backyard tents to large weddings and festivals. You'll deliver and install tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, lights, and more—making events happen across different locations each week. Earn $19/hr within the first 12 weeks!
Schedule:
- Typical hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:00pm
- Some early mornings, late days, and weekends based on event needs and weather
Job Requirements:
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and handling heavy items
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Able to follow instructions and work well with others
- English fluency required; other languages a plus
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Construction or landscaping experience preferred
This job involves physical, outdoor work and frequent interaction with team members and clients. A strong work ethic and a good attitude go a long way!
