Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of tissue activities, including mentoring tissue procurement staff
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain department policies and procedures
- Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented training of all staff members
- Participate in audits and provide information on tissue procurement issues
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in biological sciences or allied health, or equivalent education and experience required
- CTBS certification required
- Three or more years' experience as a TPC or equivalent OPO/Industry experience required
