Clinical Training and Development
The Tissue Services Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative call responsibilities, including participating in recovery cases as needed. Additionally, they will work closely with the TPC to ensure that all staff members receive timely, accurate, and well-documented training.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of tissue activities, including mentoring procurement staff.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Educator and Corporate Education team to ensure timely and accurate training of all staff members.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of FDA, AATB, and processor regulations/standards/SOPs.
- Participate in audits of Tissue Services by outside agencies as requested.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in biological sciences or allied health required.
- CTBS certification required.
- Three or more years of experience as a TPC or equivalent OPO/Industry experience required.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and participate in 24-hour call.
