Position Summary
We’re looking for a proactive, people-first Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role is all about building relationships, guiding future students, and representing our school at job fairs, high schools, and community events. If you're someone who loves talking to people, organizing, and helping others map out a new career path, this role might be for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend career fairs, school visits, and community events to promote our CDL, Heavy Equipment, and Lineman programs
- Conduct school tours and walk prospective students through our training facilities
- Handle incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and social media messages from prospective students
- Guide students through the admissions process from first contact to enrollment
- Build and maintain a student prospect roster and follow up regularly to help students make confident decisions
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to keep program information current and accurate
- Work with marketing to help coordinate outreach materials, presentations, and promo events
- Input and manage data in CRM software (training provided)
- Be a friendly face and dependable contact for all incoming students
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills (in-person, phone, and written)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time independently
- Some experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or education preferred
- Comfortable with light travel for job fairs and school visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Familiarity with CDL, heavy equipment, or lineman trades is a plus—but not required
- Passion for helping people succeed in skilled trades

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
