Investment Associate Position at Denver based Multi-Family Office (On-site)
Cherry Creek Family Offices (CCFO) is a Denver based employee-owned, independent investment advisor and full-service family office to ultra-high-net-worth multigenerational families. Catering to a select group of families across the country, CCFO aspires to set the standard of service and performance in the industry. The Investment Team at CCFO is particularly adept in constructing endowment style investment portfolios and evaluating and allocating to private alternative investments such as private equity, private credit, real estate, energy, venture capital, etc. The Investment Team is currently looking for an Associate to join the team to provide collaborative support on all day-to-day activities including, but not limited to - portfolio management, investment research and due diligence, investment memo creation, portfolio trading and rebalancing.
As a boutique investment firm, CCFO provides an excellent opportunity for ideal training and learning by offering a more hands-on, diverse and personalized learning experience due to a flat hierarchy, greater exposure to different tasks and close mentorship from senior colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with investment team members on client portfolio positioning and investment recommendations
- Conduct research on various investment opportunities and provide ongoing qualitative and quantitative analysis of managers / investments
- Production of quarterly investment memos for new investments
- Participate in and contribute to CCFO’s weekly Investment Committee meeting
- Participate in and contribute to quarterly client meetings
- Support and execute ad hoc investment research related projects
- Development of portfolio projection models, inclusive of modeling investment cash flows, asset allocations and budgetary items
- Assist the Accounting team with investment operations and generating and monitoring quarterly client investment portfolio reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: business and finance related majors are preferred
- 2-4 years of experience with an investment firm, advisor or financial institution
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities and workflows
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, coupled with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, curious, innovative, critical thinker with strong people and time management skills
