Medical Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to support medical professionals in providing top-notch healthcare services. This is a full time or part time position and is for Monday and Tuesday full days in our Findlay location and Weds-Friday in our Holland location.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and office procedures
- Record patient information such as vital signs and medical history
- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Maintain medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in a fast-paced medical environment
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting
- Skilled in taking vital signs and performing basic life support measures

- Ability to assist the Surgeon in the in office procedures, will provide training

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of outpatient procedures and workflows
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
