What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetics Clinic Coordinator position at Midwest Vision Partners?
As a Aesthetics Clinic Coordinator for our Aesthetics team, you'll be responsible for assisting patients with all aspects of the treatment process and pre-treatment preparations in order to make the patient's experience as smooth as possible. Must be able to create dynamic marketing posts and content weekly for all social media platforms, as well as assist the aesthetics provider in clinic 2 days/week. This is a part-time hybrid position must be proficient in social media marketing and familiar with working in a medical environment.
What will you be doing
- Prepare medical charts for evaluations
- Maintain product inventory
- Set up the injection room
- Schedule all patient appointments
- Prepare and organize surgery charts and mail any necessary paperwork
- Answer all telephone inquiries from patients and manage patient email responses
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Create social media content
- Must know how to utilize Instagram, TikTok, and any other up-and-coming social media platforms to generate visibility for the Aesthetic clinic
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Healthcare Experience Required
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in content creation (i.e., TikTok videos, Instagram posts, etc.).
- A dynamic social media presence is required
- Creating and being in content (be the subject of content)
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
