Job Description :
The Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end process for the onboarding and ramp up of new physicians. This includes ensuring all tasks are completed on time, setting expectations across multiple teams, and monitoring the progress of key milestones throughout the physician onboarding journey. The position will focus on coordinating between various internal departments and external teams to meet set deadlines and ensure the smooth integration of new physicians into the company.
This position will report into the VP of Strategic Initiatives.
Remote- open to travel
Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Ownership and Communication :
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process, from the signing of the Employment Agreement (EA) to the physician's start date.
- Set clear expectations for all involved parties, including internal teams (Operations, HR, Scheduling, Marketing, etc.) and external vendors.
- Lead weekly calls with doctors and internal teams to ensure all milestones and expectations are met and aligned.
- Track progress and hold teams accountable by sending weekly updates to leadership and the involved teams.

Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex processes across multiple teams, particularly in healthcare or medical staffing. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage timelines effectively, ensuring the success of the physician onboarding and credentialing process.
