What are the responsibilities and job description for the Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Coordinator position at Midwest Vision Partners?
The Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for the Enrollment application completion and/or submission and follow-up process. This role will be required to complete forms/applications with accuracy and efficiency. The PR Coordinator will coordinate numerous functions within the PE area ensuring timely feedback and escalation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
Adherence to data entry/document management protocols- Responsible for payer research as needed
- Update leadership team when payers request additional forms or update PE forms
- Complete CAQH applications for new and existing providers. Will maintain CAQH reporting and
- Create and maintain W-9s as needed for all Groups and Providers
- Utilize templates or prepare correspondence inserting proper provider and group-related
- Convey issues and status of problems to the Enrollment Manager
- Ensure Held A/R enrollments are submitted on a timely basis to avoid risk of claims/adjustments,
income opportunities
- Update the status of the application in system databases and in Excel reports for accurate reporting
- Work independently within the scope of responsibility and authority, understand and follow state
require management approval or special processing requirements
- Able to work with high-volume enrollments while multi-tasking and driving provider enrollments
- Assist with the Enrollment Master Reports and track application submissions, re-validations and
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to use discretion appropriately and maintain confidentiality
