What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor position at Midwest Vision Partners?
As the Site Supervisor you'll assist the Practice Manager in overseeing the day-to-day
operational functions for the clinic, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are
executed in a smooth and expeditious manner . You'll provide leadership, guidance, and
expertise to all staff members as well as effectively communicating departmental activities to
the team.

Schedule:
M/T/TH- 8:00am 5pm
W/FR- 8:00am-1:00pm
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
● Open communication with other supervisors, managers, directors, and doctors
● Monitors and manages daily clinic flow
● Monitors, addresses, and informs department management of any staff issues
● Maintains organized, clean office
● Assists other office personnel as needed
● Collaborates with the Practice Manager to foster practice growth and develop plans
related to clinical practice
● Responsible for communicating and follow through on any maintenance needs of the
location
● Ordering office supplies as needed
● Assist with annual reviews for clinical staff
● Manage doctor templates/schedules
● Manage clinic staff schedules
● Review and manage timecards, call-offs, and time off requests
● Complete daily deposits

WHAT YOU KNOW:
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience or knowledge:
● High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree highly preferred.
● Previous ophthalmology, healthcare, or customer service work experience required.
