What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Coach position at Midwest Warrior Academy?
Position Description:
The Assistant Ninja Coach position presents an opportunity to join a rapidly-growing gym in the Omaha Metro as an integral member of Midwest Warrior Academy. This team member will work with the Head Coach to facilitate basic ninja skills in any guest at our gym including kids, adults and their families. The staff member will work to expand each ninja participant’s skills, strength and personal confidence. Additionally, they will be a key contributor to the culture of the arena, responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for each ninja participant and the team overall.
Responsibilities Include:
- General safety of our participating ninjas during open gym, birthday parties and other events.
- Work one weekend day as a birthday party team member.
- Ensure full understanding of the class curriculum and goals to help facilitate basic ninja skills while engaging with participants on the course.
- Coordinate with Manager to schedule gym safety checks of all obstacles, truss, and matting.
