Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dispose of trash.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
