JOB PURPOSE
To facilitate all the functions necessary to recruit and train a competitive team. Play a significant role in fostering cooperation, positive teamwork, outstanding sportsmanship, and fan involvement at games and special events, and, most importantly, develop our youth as future leaders in God's church and for the Kingdom.
This position requires thoughtful and respectful interaction with student-athletes, fellow coaches, staff, parents, and the community and exists to advance the kingdom by cultivating a community of Christ centered student-athletes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Recruit top level Christian student-athletes
- Organize and instruct the team during practices and games
- Manage the women's soccer budget
- Recruit 10-15 student athletes per year
- Cultivate a Christ-centered community
- Assist the athletic department with administrative tasks
- Adhere to the NCCAA guidelines for women's soccer
