Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is hiring: Marketing Manager in Mission

The Marketing Manager at Two Lines Pregnancy Clinic (TLPC) / Advice & Aid plays a pivotal role in advancing the clinic’s mission through marketing campaign and brand leadership. This influential leadership role ensures TLPC is developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans. This role spans both client and donor-focused efforts, ensuring the clinic attracts and engages clients at risk for abortion while also promoting donor advocacy.

The Marketing Manager is a “working manager” role that collaborates closely with the Executive Director and partner agency to achieve TLPC’s mission and goals while maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s marketing outreach and spend. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

The successful candidate brings a combination of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business degree and 3-5 years of experience credentials. The role requires an influential and collaborative leader that concurrently manages multiple short and long term projects. As the sole marketing role in the organization, the successful candidate should demonstrate breadth of strategic through operational abilities across the spectrum of marketing disciplines. While our partner agency is responsible for the “creative”, the candidate must think creatively to reach a range of audiences (client and supporter). Experience working in a Christian / Non-Profit ministry a plus.

Must be a committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus who actively participates in a local, Bible-believing church, demonstrates a consistently life-affirming philosophy, and subscribes to and supports the Vision, Mission, Statement of Faith, and Policies & Procedures of Two Lines Pregnancy Clinic.
