Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the effective management of our human capital. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage recruitment processes, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting for HR initiatives and workforce planning.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the HR department.
- Maintain accurate employee records using Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software, including ADP and ATS systems.
- Excellent data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
- Experience in contract management and budgeting is preferred.
- Ability to foster positive employee relations and manage conflict effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
