Key Responsibilities :
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions in line with project requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices for software development.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to improve performance and user experience.
Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and improving code quality across the team.
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or others relevant to the job.
o Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back-end development (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Django).
o Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and database design.
o Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
o Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Problem-Solving :
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
o Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find effective solutions.
Communication :
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0-3 yrs Proven experience as a software developer, with a portfolio of completed projects.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
