Role : Mid level / Entry level Business Analyst Position
Location : Hybrid and Onsite (florida)
Employment Type : W2 Contract
Work Authorization : GC, H4 EAD & USC.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for customers.
- Work closely with customers to identify issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Document and track customer issues using support ticketing systems.
- Reproduce and escalate technical issues to engineering teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering) to improve the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and customer documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on software functionality and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain the health of customer systems by performing regular checks.
- Continuously improve support processes to ensure faster response times and better customer satisfaction.
