Role : Mid level / Junior level / Entry level Business Analyst
Location : Hybrid and Onsite (Anywhere in USA)
Employment Type : W2 Contract
Work Authorization : GC, H4 EAD & USC.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Finance, to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Business Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, and support implementation.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Power BI and its components (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View).
Familiarity with data modeling, data visualization principles, and report design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Experience with other BI tools or programming languages is a plus.
