What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Sanitation-Weekend 12-hour Shifts position at Midwestern Pet Foods, Inc.?
Saturdays through Mondays - 12 hour shifts 6am - 6:30pm
Responsibilities:
1. Clean and sanitize all equipment as required. Must use all cleaning and sanitizing chemicals according to label directions. Good housekeeping is to be maintained at all times.
2. Notify supervisor immediately of any problems concerning quality, pest control or maintenance issues.
3. This position will be responsible for general plant sanitation and completion of assigned master cleaning schedules.
4. Complete and sign master cleaning schedule tasks, when completed.
5. Follow all plant safety and food safety cGMP’s.
6. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on a routine basis.
7. Maintain and fill all foot baths, hand soaps, hand sanitizers and paper towel dispensers.
8. Work in the most effective and efficient manner at all times.
9. Follow established rules of conduct.
10. Work overtime as required.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.02 per hour
