The Security Analyst provides support to the various functions that make up the bank Security Program. Responsible for daily tasks necessary to protect customers, employees, and the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer information. Key responsibilities include responding to security incident reports, helping to manage the security awareness training program, and assisting with the oversight of the various security functions.
- Assists with oversight of the company Security Training Program.
- Helps document and respond to security and operational incidents.
- Assists with management of the company Business Continuity Program.
- Facilitates business continuity and incident response exercises.
- Assists with information security risk assessments.
- Assists business units with periodic user access reviews.
- Assists with physical security tasks.
- Assists with record management.
- Assists in the creation of policies, procedures, training materials, reports, and other documentation necessary to support the program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Understanding of physical and cybersecurity threats, risks, and controls.
- Providing support and guidance to business units on security policies, implementation of controls, and general security best practices.
- Tracking tasks and metrics related to the security program. Communicating regularly with key stakeholders to ensure the program is operating effectively.

- Post high school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
2 years of related work experience in cybersecurity or physical security roles preferred.
CISSIP or similar information security certifications are a plus.
Banking or financial institution experience preferred.
