This position is an entry-level Deposit Operations role focused on support for MidWest One debit card services (new cards being ordered, reissue of expiring cards, and fraud resolution associated with cards). This role also includes the balancing of the Banks ATMs.
Responsibilities :
- Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations while performing all job responsibilities.
Follows Reg E and Mastercard guidelines when processing debit cardholder disputes which ensure that required timeframes are met.
Follows procedures when handling the Compromised Card lists that are sent to the bank.Processes, orders and maintains records of ATM / Debit card applications.Processes, orders and maintains records of reissued ATM / Debit cards.Reviews Falcon alerts and administers the Falcon Fraud Detection Program at the bank.Balances the Banks ATMs :Balances the General Ledger account for ATM and cardholder activity on a daily basis.
Reviews cardholder exception reports on a daily basis.Assists the Deposit Operations Team Leader to review and update duties, responsibilities, and procedures associated with this role on at least an annual basis.Assists other Deposit Operations team members as necessary :Completing deposit verifications;
Completing research requests;Responding to miscellaneous internal and external customer requests;Assures debit card services support maintains compliance with all Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.Assists with clean-up projects.Performs other duties as assigned.The Perks!

Post high school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.In addition to education, prefer 1 year of experience in a support-related role.
