Are you a seasoned supply chain professional with a passion for planning and optimization? Do you have hands-on experience with OMP (Advanced Planning & Scheduling software) and a drive to lead transformational supply chain projects?

Miebach Consulting, a global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions , is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to strengthen our North American Planning practice . In this role, you will lead high-impact projects , collaborate with clients to enhance their planning processes , and contribute to business development .

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Execution :

  • Lead and execute supply chain planning projects , ensuring successful implementation and measurable client results .
  • Utilize OMP (APS software) and other planning tools to optimize demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class supply chain solutions .
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency .

Client Engagement & Advisory :

  • Work closely with clients to understand supply chain challenges and provide tailored planning solutions .
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP best practices.
  • Support business development efforts , identifying opportunities and contributing to client proposals .

    • Team & Knowledge Development :

  • Mentor and support junior team members in supply chain planning best practices and technology solutions .
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance Miebach's expertise in supply chain planning .

    • Qualifications :

  • 6 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, S&OP, or APS software implementation (OMP preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
