Solid Wine, Spirits and Culinary knowledge are a must as well as a demonstrated history of positive people management.
The position is a 4-5 day per week role (could be either! depends on the person's life needs) with admin responsibilities as well as floor managing. Weekend availability is necessary. The restaurant operates Tuesday- Saturday with some special events on Sunday & Monday.
