Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess project scope and requirements.
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing conditions and potential challenges.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide support in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients.
Qualifications
