Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology and account management. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a passion for building relationships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your territory, collaborating with team members, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships within your assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining company standards.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in territory management and sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay

  • No nights

  • Construction sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Pontiac, MI 48340 (Required)
