What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at MIG Consulting?
MIG Consulting LLC is a small engineering firm located in Wilmington, DE. We are looking for a part time administrative assistant who can assist our firm with our needs. Quickbooks knowledge plus.
Candidates can come in 3-4 times a week anytime between 8-5 pm for a total of 15-20 hours a week. Hourly rate is negotiable.

Details:
- 15-20 hours a week (Part-Time)
- Wage is negotiable
- Previous experience in Accounting is highly preferred (5 years)
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Business Owner and Accountant Administrative assistant in a small business setting
- Communication with clients and tenants
- Paying out invoices
- Maintain email communications
- Answer phone calls
- Filing, scanning, and other office duties
- Proven working experience in construction management
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
Requirements:
- Quickbooks knowledge plus
- Ability to use Microsoft Office/Excel
- Proficient computer skills
- Candidates may be asked to complete a background check
- Well-organized and efficient time management skills
- Excellent people skills

- Ability to work independently
