General Responsibilities/Job Summary
The Business Analyst plays a vital role in managing marketing programs, financial tracking, franchise support, and reporting across multiple incentive, promotional, and co-op programs. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams, franchisees, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives while providing critical data-driven insights.
Job Responsibilities
1. Financial & Program Management
- Oversee and track $1MM in marketing promotional funds, ensuring accuracy and timely allocation.
- Manage the FRANAD Co-op Program Reimbursement and the Lubricant Co-op Program Reimbursement, ensuring franchisees receive correct reimbursements and funds are properly communicated.
- Administer incentive programs, including New Business Incentive, Bucks for Blades, Battery Support, and Voyage to Victory Reporting.
- Manage financial tracking and reconciliation for marketing promotions, tech incentives, and rewards payouts.
- Generate reports and insights to optimize marketing spend efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Franchise & Sales Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees and sales teams, addressing inquiries related to marketing funds, incentives, and co-op programs.
- Provide timely, detailed, and accurate program updates to ensure franchisees maximize their marketing benefits.
- Assist franchisees in navigating marketing resources and leveraging available co-op and incentive funds.
- Track, report, and analyze program participation, making recommendations for improvements.

3. Marketing Operations & Program Execution
- Manage Mighty Wearables, Career Apparel, and Hats Programs, ensuring a streamlined ordering and distribution process.
- Oversee the Mighty Calendar Program and branded promotional items (e.g., mugs, pens, socks, stress balls, etc.) for franchise and event giveaways.
- Support National Meetings and Supplier Appreciation Events, ensuring marketing promotional materials and reporting are executed efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing assets, inventory, and billing.
- Assist in the allocation and distribution of printed marketing publications to franchisees.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and analyze quarterly and incentive-based reports, including Q2 & Q4 Battery Support, Rapid Rewards, Shout Outs, and Tech Incentives.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, fund allocations, and program effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of marketing expenditures and program performance.
Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, program management, or franchise support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and financial tracking tools.
- Experience working with co-op programs, incentives, or franchise marketing is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Daily office hours are generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
