Field Sales Representative

Position Overview: Project Manager (SALES)

We’re Looking for One of the Following Individuals:

• Proven Construction Sales Expert: Someone with experience in roofing and construction sales who has a strong track record of closing deals and understands the demands of the role, ready to hit the ground running with light training.

or

• Aspiring High-Ticket Sales Professional: Someone with prior sales experience or related field who is eager to transition into high-ticket outside sales and prepared to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect new leads through door-to-door and outside sales activities.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance agents, etc.
• Conduct roof and property inspections.
• Present and sell company products and services.
• Maintain records of sales activities and progress.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth production.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb ladders and get on rooftops.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Able to handle long driving between job sites.

Schedule:

Our schedule for this position is flexible-hybrid and will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
