Position Overview:
Do you think you are a top performer? We are looking for sharp, professional hunters who understand that top pay is earned by top performers. This is a sales position. You will be expected to close self-generated leads, as well as closing leads provided by the company.
We’re Looking for One of the Following Individuals:
- Proven Construction Sales Expert: Someone with experience in roofing and construction sales who has a strong track record of closing deals and understands the demands of the role, ready to hit the ground running with light training.
or
- Aspiring High-Ticket Sales Professional: Someone with prior sales experience or related field who is eager to transition into high-ticket outside sales and prepared to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect new leads through door-to-door and outside sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and property managers.
- Conduct roof and property inspections.
- Present and sell company products and services.
- Maintain records of sales activities and progress.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth production.
- Other duties as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work on rooftops.
- Ability to lift heavy items.
- Ability to work in extreme environments.
- Able to handle extensive driving daily between job sites.
Schedule: The schedule for this position is flexible-hybrid and will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
