Canvassing Manager

Overview

As our Canvassing Manager, you’ll lead a team of door-to-door canvassers to generate roofing leads for our sales team. Your job is to hire, train, and motivate your team while also hitting the streets with them. You’ll be hands-on, leading by example, and making sure our canvassers are performing at their best.

✔ Recruit & train new canvassers (we’ll give you the tools – you build the squad).
✔ Develop weekly knock plans so your team always knows where to go.
✔ Get in the field daily, knocking doors alongside your team.
✔ Track performance and make sure we’re hitting lead goals.
✔ Coach & motivate canvassers to stay sharp and competitive.
✔ Ensure quality leads by keeping canvassers accountable for gathering solid information.
✔ Report on team performance and work closely with sales leadership.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
